✦ ลูกค้าจะต้องให้เครดิตอาร์ตติส (@AinniaaAin) เป็นผู้สร้างสรรค์ผลงาน หรือใส่ลิงก์ไปยังโซเชียลมีเดียของอาร์ตติสเมื่อมีการแสดงผลงาน✦ ห้ามเร่งงานศิลปินไม่ว่ากรณีใด ๆ หากต้องการบริการด่วน จะมีการเรียกเก็บค่าบริการเพิ่มเติม ระยะเวลาทำงานมาตรฐานอยู่ระหว่าง 2 สัปดาห์ถึง 4 เดือน ขึ้นอยู่กับคิวงานของศิลปิน✦ หากยอดเกิน 10,000 บาท สามารถแบ่งชำระได้ 2 งวด โดยชำระ 50% ก่อนเริ่มร่างแบบ และชำระอีก 50% เมื่อผลงานเสร็จสมบูรณ์✦ ศิลปินจะจัดลำดับความสำคัญของงานตามลำดับดังนี้: งานเร่งด่วน (ที่ชำระค่าบริการด่วน) จะมาก่อน ตามด้วยงานเชิงพาณิชย์✦ แม้ว่าลูกค้าจะได้รับสิทธิ์ในการใช้ผลงานขั้นสุดท้าย แต่ไม่สามารถอ้างสิทธิ์ว่าผลงานเป็นของตนเองได้✦ แบบหรืองานออกแบบไม่สามารถนำไปใช้ได้จนกว่าจะมีการชำระเงินครบถ้วน✦ ศิลปินมีสิทธิ์ในการโพสต์อัปเดตขั้นตอนการทำงานและผลงานสุดท้ายลงบนโซเชียลมีเดียของตน หากลูกค้าต้องการให้เก็บงานเป็นความลับ จะมีค่าใช้จ่ายเพิ่มเติม 1.5 เท่าของราคาค่าคอมมิชชันทั้งหมด✦ ไฟล์งานที่อยู่ใน Google Drive จะถูกจัดเก็บไว้ให้ดาวน์โหลดเป็นระยะเวลา 15 วัน หลังจากส่งมอบงาน กรุณาดาวน์โหลดให้เรียบร้อยภายในระยะเวลาดังกล่าว หากต้องการให้ทางอาร์ตติสจัดเก็บไฟล์ให้เป็นเวลา 6 เดือน มีค่าใช้จ่ายเพิ่ม 500 บาท

Term Of Services

✦ Clients are required to credit the artist (@AinniaaAin) as the creator of the artwork or provide a link to the artist's social media when displaying the artwork.✦ The artist must not be rushed under any circumstances. If expedited service is required, an additional fee will apply. Standard turnaround times range from 2 weeks to 4 months, depending on the artist's queue.✦ Payments may be made in two installments: 50% prior to starting the sketch, and 50% upon completion of the final artwork.✦ The artist will prioritize commissions based on the following order: first, expedited commissions (those that include the expedited fee), followed by commercial art.✦ While clients are granted full rights to the final artwork, they may not claim the artwork as their own creation.✦ Designs are not permitted for use until the full payment has been completed.✦ The artist retains the right to publicly share work-in-progress updates and final artwork on their social media platforms. If the client requires the work to remain confidential, an additional confidentiality fee of 1.5x the total commission price will be applied.✦ Files will be available to download via Google Drive for 15 days after final delivery. Please make sure to download them in time.
If you’d like the artist to store your files for up to 6 months, there’s an extra $16 USD fee.
